At Kentucky Country Day School, we believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential to the fulfillment of our school’s mission. KCD’s Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is charged with ensuring that diversity, equity, and inclusivity as foundational philosophies, are integrated throughout the community and the curriculum.

Mr. Racine offers education and support for parents, students, trustees, and staff; consults with administration and faculty on how best to serve a diverse population; works with faculty on developing multicultural curriculum that represents the diversity of our community and beyond; and conducts educational programs throughout the year that focus on core DEI values.

Kentucky Country Day School is a private JK–12, coeducational school located on a spacious 80+ acre campus in Louisville, KY. KCD combines a rigorous academic program with a wide variety of athletic and extracurricular programs.
