Fine Arts Guild

The Fine Arts Guild Board of Trustees believes a comprehensive offering of arts discipline is an essential part of an exceptional educational experience. The Guild is committed to supporting unique arts programming and augmenting KCD fine arts department.

The Guild has and continues to support an extensive variety of enriching experiences, touching students across all three divisions and in all disciplines of drama, music, and visual arts. 
 
The Guild’s ability to support, sponsor and supplement fine arts programming is made possible in direct proportion to the funds raised by the Guild. Please consider supporting the KCD Fine Arts Guild by making a gift and designating funds to the Fine Arts Guild. Your contribution will allow the Guild to fund valuable opportunities such as the following, which represent a sampling of past Guild initiatives:

• Artists in Residence 
• Equipment: Cameras, Lenses, Tripods, Display pedestals 
• Faculty Professional Development 
• Field Trips: Louisville Ballet’s Nutcracker, Speed Art Museum 
• Master Classes 
• Professional Musicians: Upper School Drama productions 
• Specialized Purchases: Grand Piano, Professional dress forms, Moving light instruments, Raku kiln, Silkscreen exposure unit, Upright Bass 
• STEAM Speaker Series 
• Workshops: Lexington Children’s Theater, Opera for the Young
